The Client Insight team plays a vital role that helps our clients see the outside insights of their media performance. By leveraging multi-channel datasets, the team focuses on unveiling media insights in the market where our clients are operating. From tracking impact and sentiment analysis in real time to having an insight about the competitors' online footprint, our Insight team helps clients to understand the bigger picture and their industry as a whole. Finally, the top performed individual with leadership qualities will be progress to a Project Lead role. You are the leader for a competent team and the true partner for our client, who is responsible for complex project management, the people development and develop the new analytic methodologies.
From there, the well performed individual will be promoted within 12 months to entry level management role, where your focus is on equipping yourself to work on challenging insight projects and provide client consultation, and developing Analysts in the team.
Everyone will start their career at Analyst level where you will be exposed to all kinds of insight projects and client meetings, that help build a strong foundation for growth and success.

University Degree in Communication, Media, Data Analysis, Finance, Marketing, Public Relations or Business related majors. International experience would be a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and always able to complete tasks independently within demanding schedules
Strong analytical skills and good at collecting and summarizing large volume of data from multi-channels
Team player, innovative and proactive to make contributions to team
Good Excel and PPT skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to take new challenges
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
Experience with VBA, Python, Tableau, SPSS or R (programming language) is an asset (not mandatory)
Fluency in English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
Candidate with experience in market research, e.g. qualitative and quantitative research and survey design is preferred but not a must
Passionate about digital marketing and social media
