It is designed to equip fresh graduates from all specializations and backgrounds with the skills needed for a successful career in the cutting edge B2B AI-driven media intelligence business. We will help develop you into one of our sales leaders in APAC region within 3-5 years to empower our clients, typically in the Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing departments, across industries by harvesting trustful outside data for decision-making.
All of Meltwater's managers and senior executives were birthed through this program. It is intensive and challenging but highly rewarding. We will pave the way for a deep dive into our most crucial revenue generating function. We are dedicated to training each candidate, so they can be fully prepared to contribute to Meltwater's international expansion across the Asia Pacific.

Career path at the Client Acquisition Team
(1st - 2nd Year)
Be a primary driver of expanding our business.
Learn the business value of online-media & Meltwater sales methodology.
Handle the full consultative sales cycle from active prospecting, conducting needs analysis, creating and delivering product demonstrations and business presentation, close the deal to on-boarding clients in collaboration with Client Success and Client Insight team
What you will be doing as a consultant?
B2B sales role where you are responsible for driving Meltwater’s revenue growth through consultative sales and acquisition of new clients
Drive the entire sales process from start to finish from prospecting & opportunity identification, cold calling, pitching, setting up client meetings, doing product demonstrations, till negotiations and closing of the sale
Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential prospects
Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand how Meltwater can help drive their business goals and objectives
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Diligently keep informed of product developments, competitor movements and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
Collaborate and work closely with key internal stakeholders such as Client Success, Operations and Legal, etc.
We would love to see...
University degree of any disciplines with less than 4 years full time working experiences
With work experience or relevant training in startup, Fortune 1000 companies, banking, management consulting firm, technology solution-based selling company, PR agency, marketing agency, market research or any international fast paced environment is highly preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin (mandatory)
Passionate about entrepreneurship, have strong interest in news and current affairs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A positive, goal oriented, self-motivated, independent thinker who can deal with ambiguity, with natural leadership qualities is desired
A team player that will thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic and scaling environment
A quick learner that open to feedback and dedicate to consistent self-improvement
